Any complaint against the therapist should first be raised with them and, if needed, escalated to their member organisation. Accessing Our Site Access is free, though online consultations via third-party software like Zoom are charged. We don’t guarantee availability or uninterrupted access. Access is temporary. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or part without notice. We are not liable if unavailable except for pre-arranged online therapy services, when we’ll try to arrange an alternative. If one cannot be agreed, our liability is limited to sums paid for that service.
